TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Rossi Media Company ("TRMC"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

TRMC specializes exclusively in video editing services. Our offerings include:
  • Footage Sorting & Retrieval: Organizing and retrieving video footage based on metadata and content requirements.
  • Storyboard & Shot List Creation: Developing detailed storyboards and shot lists to guide the filming and post-production process.
  • Press Releases & Copywriting: Crafting press releases and promotional copy related to video content.

3. Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, TRMC does not guarantee specific results from our services. The effectiveness of video marketing depends on various factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide:
  • Clear and concise instructions for each project.
  • All necessary materials and assets required for the video editing process.
  • Timely feedback to ensure project deadlines are met.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All services are subject to fees as outlined in the specific service agreement or invoice.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a suspension of services.

6. Revisions and Approvals

TRMC offers 4 rounds of revision per project, as detailed in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All materials and information provided to TRMC will be handled with the utmost care and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Materials: Clients retain ownership of all original materials provided to TRMC.
  • Edited Content: Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to the final edited content. TRMC reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
TRMC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-EVALUATE PARTNERSHIPS ON A QUARTERLY BASIS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TRMC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

TRMC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
